Class Location
All classes are held at Beau Bonneau Casting.
Located in downtown San Francisco at 84 First Street (between Market and Mission Streets). - map

Street parking is available after 6:00pm; otherwise, there are several parking lots and garages located in the area. Most parking lots are on "Minna" street, one block south of Mission off of 1st  Street.

If you are taking BART or public transportation, you would want to get off at the Montgomery BART/MUNI station and walk down Market Street to First Street. Turn right on First Street.


Payment for Classes
There are two ways to enroll for workshops at the SF Acting Academy:
  1. Pay on-line using MasterCard, Visa, or American Express.
  2. Pay by check. Call our office to reserve your seat, followed by mailing a check.

Pay On-line
Click the "reserve a seat" button next to the class you would like to enroll.
Payments are accepted using MasterCard or Visa and are processed by Authorize.Net™ our secure payment processing provider.
Pay by Check
  1. Please make sure that you call our office first to reserve your seat.
    In order to hold a spot in a class, full payment is required 72 hours prior to the first class.
  2. Before mailing your check make sure to note the following on your check:
    • name
    • phone number
    • address
    • the name of the class you are paying for
    • make the check payable to: The San Francisco Acting Academy
  3. Mail your check. Receipt of payment insures your spot in the class, as class sizes are limited, it is in your best interest to send your check as soon as possible to reserve your seat.

    Please note: Checks are not deposited until the specified deadline date for each class.

** Students who have not paid the full tuition amount will not be allowed to attend class.
The San Francisco Acting Academy does not offer tuition payment plans.


Returned Check Policy
You will be charged a $15.00 fee for each bounced check.


Cancellation Policy
The SF Acting academy has a 3 day (72 hour) cancellation policy: 
If you have registered for a class and need to cancel your enrollment before the deadline date specified for that class, you must notify our office by phone (415) 777-1163 by 5pm on or before the deadline date in order to receive a refund.

Payments made on-line with a credit card will be credited back the amount of the class minus a $7.00 transaction fee.

Payments made by check: Your check will be mailed back to you.

*Please note that we cannot accept any cancellations via email, you must call our office in order to cancel any enrollment.
If you call after business hours (before the deadline), you may leave a message on the voice mail; include your name and the class you wish to cancel.


Classes lasting over one week
When you sign up for a class, you are agreeing to sign up for the full duration of the class. There are no transfers, make-up classes or refunds after the deadline date.
Cancelled Class Policy
If the San Francisco Acting Academy cancels a class that you have enrolled, you will be notified before the deadline date and receive a full refund for the class. 
Payments made on-line with a credit card will be credited the full amount paid.
Payments made by check: Your check will be mailed back to you.

Work Study/Financial Aid
The San Francisco Acting Academy does not offer any scholarships, works study or financial aid programs.


Audit Policy
The San Francisco Acting Academy does allow students to "sit in" and audit classes as long as the class is a 3 week or longer workshop. We do not allow students to audit any one day, one evening, or two day workshops.
